Siren in the Wind

by Louise Dawn

An American black ops team is hunting a high-level extremist called the “Sandpiper.”
The four-man team (MIT2) works for a Taskforce called “Mobile Intelligence Team.” They are one of six teams scattered around the globe. MIT2 are deployed to the East African region.
When Intel indicates that the Sandpiper is possibly contacting a suspected sleeper in South Africa, the team sets up surveillance on the suspect—Abigail Evans.

Abigail is American born and hiding in Johannesburg. She’s secretive, mysterious and keeps to herself.
MIT2’s Team Leader, Erik “Max” Andersen inserts himself into her life.
When she is attacked at a strip mall, he rescues her and grows closer than he’s comfortable with. After dating and flirting with the alpha warrior, Abigail discovers his duplicity and MIT2 interrogates Miss Evans.
Soon, it becomes clear that Abigail is hiding a barrage of secrets. Secrets that lead to a powerful enemy, who’ll do anything to see her dead.

As a Tier One Operator, Max’s skills are put to the test as he races across Southern Africa to save everything he cherishes most.
